Estate Crush, which opened in the spring of 2009, is downtown Lodi’s first dedicated custom crush facility for premium wine production. Estate Crush allows winery owners to dip their toes in the water without incurring the capital costs of purchasing equipment or constructing a brick-and-mortar production facility. You can easily test and build your brand while focusing on marketing, while we handle the winemaking.
Estate Crush’s cutting-edge custom crush facility is specifically designed for small to medium lots and has the capacity to produce the finest, handcrafted luxury wines. The Estate Crush facility has 6,000 square feet of temperature-controlled, humidified barrel storage and more than 16,000 square feet of total winery space, with the entire crush pad contained in a sanitary, indoor environment.
In addition, the Estate Crush Wine Tasting Room offers over 35 brands and 88 wines for tasting. The tasting and by-the-glass menu features sixteen wines that change monthly, and more than 85 of Estate Crush’s wines have been named medalists in prestigious competitions. Estate Crush, Stellina, Little Star, and Tall House Vineyards wines are frequently featured on the tasting menu. Furthermore, the winery’s Double Gold-winning brand Stellina participates in the Lodi Native program, and under the Estate Crush label, an award-winning Cinsault from the prestigious Bechthold Vineyard is featured.
The Crush to Bottle program offers all custom winemaking services, from grape receiving to finished wine in the bottle. Produce your own high-end wine without the expense of constructing and staffing your own winery. You will have the opportunity to interact with our team as we follow your custom winemaking plan throughout the process. Estate Crush offers one simple per-case fee for lots as small as one ton, allowing you to easily budget the exact production cost of your vintage.
