This 80-acre community space features a gazebo, play area with splash pad & multiple sports fields. All Mistlin Sports Park Baseball and Softball Field rentals are handled by TPR Baseball. The Mistlin Sports Park Complex in Ripon, CA includes six lighted fields.
Mistlin Sports Park Rules
- No outside food or drink allowed. Just water allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- No Seeds or shells allowed -Strictly Enforced.
- No bikes, skateboards, or anything like it allowed.
- No Metal Cleats on the mounds. This is for all ages.
- No smoking.
- No vandalizing the facilities or plants and trees.
- No overnight RVs.
- No metal spikes on any pitching mounds.
- No metal spikes allowed on artificial turf fields.
- No drinks, food, gum, seeds, or chewing allowed on the Artificial Turf fields or dugouts except water.
Mistlin Park is a vast green vastness of beauty. It’s got batting cages, baseball and soccer fields, a play area for kids, and two nice bathrooms. It gets hot in the summer months, sometimes in the 90s or 100s, so it is recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat and an ice chest with plenty of water. It is recommended to bring a blanket and jackets during the winter months while watching the games during the cold days.
They open about 45 minutes before the game time, so it’s time for the kids to warm up. The check in process is quick and easy, and they don’t look very hard in everyone’s bags, so no big deal at all. Fields are lovely and well maintained. The water tower tends to shade some of the fields throughout the day, but you may need to bring an umbrella. The benches are likeable to the backs of the game, not the bad seat in the park.
Overall, Mistlin Sports Park is best suitable for baseball games and for people who love watching baseball games. The fields are pleasant and attractive enough for visitors. It is also well-maintained.
