Nice park right on the river Stanislaus. Parking fee for the weekends between May and September is $5. The water level here is relatively low and the current is not very strong, so it’s perfect for wading. You’re probably going to want to bring flip flops or water shoes on. A big pavilion is available for hire, plenty of BBQ pits. There are two large play platforms, one for the big kids and one for the little children. There are quite a lot of swings.

The park is great for those who love walking right along the riverbank with plenty of BBQ areas for those who want to have little parties and even a massive covered area that can be reserved for larger celebrations that you want to have with your family. Only this past summer, an entry fee was set during the weekends. The park is dog-friendly, and generally a very clean riverbank area. Get there early enough to get a decent place to hang out with an umbrella and enjoy the water.
